Cielo’s diverse fitness class offerings for adults and children include:

20/20/20: Experience a variety of innovative workouts during an energetic hour of fitness. The content changes on a weekly basis and combines 3x20 elements. Resistance and cardio are the main focus, simultaneously building muscle strength, endurance, balance, agility and coordination. This class is a great way to condition your whole body and promote your well-being, confidence and self-discipline while you master correct techniques for punches, kicks and more. View schedule

AERIAL YOGA: Join us as we take yoga to new heights! In your challenging and super-fun Aerial yoga class, your hammock becomes your soft trapeze as you master suspension techniques and inverted poses. A revolutionary combination of yoga, Pilates and acrobatics, this class will increase your overall health and physical agility in a low impact workout that promises to realign your body and release your joints from the pressures of gravity. AMRAP: An acronym for “as many reps as possible,” this class is a cardio circuit of exercises performed as many times as possible within a specific period of time. View schedule

BALLET/BARRE: Ballet is one of the most famous forms of dance and movement in the world. It’s no secret that the dancers work hard for their sculpted, svelte figures, making each movement come to life with grace and power. BALADI (BELLY DANCING): Belly dance is a low impact form of exercise and a graceful form of dance that works most of your muscles. Fun and effective, it offers a host of fitness and health benefits for the body and mind. Weight loss. Toning. Reduced stress. Higher self esteem. Relief of back and joints pain. Improved digestion. Find your inner goddess as you shake and shimmy your hips to the rhythmic stylings of the east. Baladi is an fun and effective way to gracefully tone your legs, arms and core. BALL CORE FIT: A primary benefit of exercising with an exercise ball as opposed to exercising directly on a hard flat surface is that the body responds to the instability of the ball to remain balanced by engaging many more muscles. Those muscles become stronger over time to maintain balance. Most frequently, the core body muscles - the abdominal muscles and back muscles - are the focus of exercise ball fitness programs. BODY DESIGN: Get your body toned and sculpted with this 60 minute workout! This class will help you decrease your body fat percentage and increase your muscle mass and strength with the use of weights. BRAZILIAN BOOTY: Lift and tone your booty in 30 minutes of dance fitness class. Brazilian women are famous for their gorgeous bodies, but you don't have to go to Rio to get a beautiful butt. BOOT CAMP: Need to give your workout routine a kick in the booty? Come prepared to work, sweat and get results! Booty Camp is a great way to condition your whole body because it simultaneously builds muscle strength, endurance, balance, agility, speed and coordination. INSANITY: INSANITY works you out in 3 to 5-minute blocks, and take breaks only long enough to gulp some air and get right back to work. MARTIAL FUSION: Martial Fusion is a high energy fitness program created by Sensei Guillermo Gomez that combines martial arts, kickboxing, dance aerobics and yoga stretch for one seriously effective fat burning workout, while developing an integration of the body, mind and spirit connection through an inspiring and uplifting experience to total health. POLE DANCING: Right now you’re envisioning Demi Moore in Striptease, right? Think again. Pole dancing has evolved into a form of art, a potential Olympic sport and a truly excellent aerobic workout. Spins, climbs, static poses, body inversions and floor work tone our pole dancers from head to toe. RESTORATIVE YOGA: Not all yoga classes are challenging or overly physical. Sometimes we just need a class to recharge, stretch and release our muscles. In our Restorative yoga classes, we hold poses longer, often supported by blocks, straps and blankets. Need time to just breathe and let your mind and body relax? TRX: Go military strong or go home! TRX is solely focused on strengthening the body. This workout system is based on using your own body weight as you're suspended off the floor by suspension straps!
